Since we are located in Thibodaux, Louisiana, Nicholls State University Dining Services chefs and cooks know food! Creole and Cajun traditional entrees are not only what you request, but what we love to serve. The variety of options available to you are sure to please any palate.

Nicholls State University Dining provides an exciting and innovative dining services program for the entire Nicholls community. We have several dining locations on campus, offering options such as traditional American cuisine, ethnic flavors, nutritional options, and quick service meals. Our large variety of menu choices and services has been designed to meet the needs of our very diverse college community. We have a full array of Retail locations, such as, Godfather's, Selona Grill, Chick-fil-A, Jazzman's, Subconnection, a C-Store and Café a la Cart. As well as, a brand new full service dining hall located in Galliano Hall, all conveniently located within walking distance of on-campus housing, labs/classrooms and many off-campus apartments.

Dining on campus provides the social experience essential to campus life. It gives you the opportunity to gather with friends, take study breaks, hang out, relax and unwind after a hard day of classes and activities. Nicholls State University Dining Services (NSUDS) is contracted with an award-winning industry leader, Sodexho Campus Services. Our staff takes the well-being and satisfaction of everyone on campus very personally.
